I recently installed ddwrt on my 940N v4 but there were various bugs due to which I tried to revert back to stock firmware.
Since I couldn't find webvert file anywhere for V4, I decided to use the TFTP method, but for the life of me I can't get it to work.
There's just no connection when I press power + reset button.
I tried setting the ip to 192.168.0.66 and 192.168.1.66,
tried to see if I could catch the IP from wireshark.
Tried WPS + Power, WPS + Reset + Power, but nothing seems to work.
I tried different PC's too but nothing.
Also, my tftp server is working as well as PORT 69 is open.
I tried transfering files between computers using TFTP and it works.
Just cant flash firmware on router using TFTP as it doesn't show anything.
 

I'm a software engineer my self, so believe me when I say this.
I've tried a couple dozen times, have also disabled all the firewalls, added application and port exceptions, but nothing seems to work.
Just to see if I'm allowed to form a connection on port 69, I used netcat to listen to the port and had my other pc connect to it thru port 69 and it worked, but when I try to do it with my router, there's no response.
For some reason my router doesn't go into tftp mode no matter what I do.

I beg you, please help me.
