Archer C6 V2 (US) Can't find new updates.
My Archer C6 is not finding an update, but there is a new update on the TP-LINK page and it was released last year.... Why is this happening? Could you tell me? And wait to fix this urgent bug.
Here it is on the router page and it says that there is no new update, but when I enter the Tp-Link downloads page I find a new firmware version... But I wanted the online update to work, in fact the feature is there for that, isn't it?
I hope they resolve this inconvenient issue.

Hello @Andrsouzaaa,
Is the router connecting to the internet fine? If yes, please try to change the internet DNS on WAN/Internet to some public ones, such as Google's 8.8.8.8 or Clouflare's 1.1.1.1, then reboot the router to see if you can connect to the TP-Link Cloud server successfully to check for the new firmware.
If this doesn't help, please verify again what is the hardware version and region version of your Archer C6, is it labeled Archer C6(US) V2.0? If yes, you can download the official version from the local website, then install it on the router manually as follows:

@Kevin_Z Hello, first thanks for the tips, but unfortunately none of this worked, it was with the 2019 version, and when I installed it at home automatically it already found the new version of 2020 and downloaded, and now it simply says that there is no more update available and it does, it seems to me that you haven't put the new version in the cloud for this specific model, isn't it DNS problem because my REs that mesh with Archer C6 were also updated online without any problem, to something happening with Archer C6 V2 US in particular, and I hope with your help can help me to fix this... I like that everything works correctly, if there is an online update function it's cool that it works , if not, I go back to the year 2010 where the routers did not have these functions and we had to always enter the site and do everything manually.
