Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.5 Build 20220117 Rel. 52085(4555)

Starting with I'm not a network tech expert, I'm facing serious connectivity issues that's started with just lagging on mobile gaming and after a few rookie attempts (split the dual band frequencies, reset etc) I'm experiencing serious connectivity issues everywhere. Pages refuse to load in mobile browser, redirection from facebook links for example must be refreshed again and again to load. Could someone please let me fix this mess?

Hello @IliasP, thank you for reaching out to us, and welcome to the TP-Link community.

Firstly, please check and ensure that you do have internet access when connecting to the router, and the internet LED on the router is green all the time. BTW, who is your ISP? If the internet LED on the router is not green but blinks orange sometimes, please connect a computer to the ISP modem and monitor the internet connectivity.

If the modem internet is stable, please try to do a MAC clone on the AX10 as follows:

You may also follow the troubleshooting suggestions we provided in the following thread to see if the issue can be figured out:
