Model: Archer AX72  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20211124 rel.47313(5553)

Frequent internet dropping, Internet light indication turn from green to red/orange. Waited for 30 second for re-connection.

 

Checked with Fibre provider (Unifi in Malaysia), no issue from their side.

 

Please provide solution.

Please check and update the router firmware to the latest official version, which could be Archer AX72_V1_1.1.2 Build 20220520, then monitor if the issue will disappear. You can check for the updates on your router web GUI or via the Tether app, or download it from the local website and install it manually.

 

If the issue persists, please go through the basic troubleshooting suggestions in the following thread, then send us the system log on the router as required:
