Cloud device offline
Wie kann man den Router wieder erreichen von der cloud mit der app?
vor dem Standort Wechsel hat alles funktioniert!
jetzt bekomme ich zwar Internet Zugriff wenn ich im wlan bin aber von der app über die cloud kann ich den Router nicht mehr erreichen!
gibt es da eine Lösung die ich noch nicht gefunden habe?

May I know the model number of your TP-Link device?
Recently we made a system update, so your device will be temporarily disconnected from the cloud. But don't worry. We have finished the update. Now everything is okay and your TP-Link devices should be able to restore the connection. If your router is still disconnect from the cloud, please log out your TP-Link ID on your router web management interface and login again.

Hi @Wayne-TP why is the Modellnummer needed?
it's a TP-Link MR Series!
weeks ago working perfectly ... could manage and reboot from the cloud ... for now nothing restored!
maybe system update???! What happened to the cloud devices ... give me a full list!

relogin to cloud on webinterface and reboot!!!
this remove the problem..
