can't connect vr2800 in dodo NBN ..

anyone can help with please ?I tried very hard and spend me lots of time ..the internet line still red ..

ps:I have the correct username and password and even ask for the VLAN ID ..

Still doesn't work !!!!!!!

Thanks for reaching out to us. 

Did you connect Archer VR2800 to your NBN box with Ethernet cable directly?

If yes, have you changed the operation mode of VR2800 to wireless router mode before configuration?
