We are setting up the Parental Controls and would like to block a specific website. When we enter it we are told it is "not in the Deco database". How do we request a new site be added?

Maybe you could send me some links about it via private message.
The parental control feature is based on the TrendMicro database and you could also test whether it has been recorded into their database.
