Firmware Version:

The title says it all but my main problem is that I can't access the modem settings to change the password. I just registered the app and it can't find the device even though I'm connected to it on my phone and laptop.

Here's a guide on how to find your router IP address and login.

Use a computer connected by wire or wi-fi for easier troubleshooting.
