Firmware Version:

When logging in with the WiFi password/pin written below the device, it says wrong password everywhere (tried on pc and smartphone). Anyone can help?

If you can't connect with the wi-fi password printed on the bottom sticker, you can connect to device via ethernet cable and see/change the wireless password from the device's web management interface.

If you can't login via cable as well, then the last resort is to hard reset (method 1) the device and re-configure from scratch.
