I have a Deco X60 and have been very happy with it.

I recently upgraded my internet to 1GB and installed a new modem. the Deco X60 connected fine and I was getting a reasonable but not great wifi speed. However, suddenly i cant get a speed above 60 mbps on any of my devices which for a 1 gb internet is terrible. I did a speed check using the deco and its receiving 960mbps so the speed loss is in the network. Can anyone help please

Hi, since there are 3-pack of Deco X60, did all of them have the same issue or just one of the satellite X60?

Did the speed drop below 60m/s very frequently?

Would you help me draw a rough picture about your network topology, like how are the Deco units connected to each other?

And when the speed was reduced to 60m/s, how did you restore the speed back to normal?
