my public ip is messed up

welp my public ip is messed up. when i ask google what is my ip it gives me a public ip but when i go to the TP-Link Web admin page it gives me a private ip why is that. i'm trying to port forward an website

If you're using the device in 3G/4G router mode probably your ISP is using CG-NAT and that's why you're receiving a private IP address on it's Internet por - there's nothing you can do in this case.
If you're using the device in wireless router mode then probably you have an ISP modem/router before it, which give you a a private IP address on it's Internet port - you could set the ISP device in bridge mode and receive the public IP address on your Internet port.

@terziyski hmm, am using a sim cars in the router cant i get a public ip with a sim internet?

@terziyski and yes am using it in 3G/4G coz am using an airtel sim card i tryed to ask them can you give me a non static public ip they said do you have dls or landline and i said no i have a sim card can you guys give it to a sim car they havent replyed it yet
