i am unable to connect to my home wifi since I updated the firmware. And the app keeps showing problems in cloud service

Hi, I see from the cloud server both Deco are offline now.
Could you please help me check the following information:
1. What color of the LED lights, red, or white?
2. May I know who is your internet service provider and could you please send me the MAC address of your main Deco via private message?
3. When you said “you could not connect to your Wi-Fi”, did you mean the Wi-Fi was connected but no internet service?
4. Can I have a screenshot of the error message on the Deco APP?
