Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Archer C6(US)_V3.20

while a firmware upgrade, it was stopped due to a power cut.Now the router is not working,tried to reset it but all the leds kept glowing and nothing happened.Please provide any solution.

You can try the TFTP method from this thread.
