Do you mean device could not be powered on at this moment? Please try a different wall outlet or power socket, factory reset the extender, keep it in default state and see if the issue persists: RESET: With the extender powered on, use a pin to press the RESET button until most Leds flash once.
Btw, was there any power outage or thunderstorm recently, those could cause a hardware defect on the unit. If device still not be powered on, it could be a defective unit, and you could contact the retailer to check the device warranty.
