Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

Hi I have a home network of P9 (1.0) and M4R (2.0) working fine since few months.

Recently the deco are loosing sync (blinking red) and even after a reboot they go out of sync within minutes.

I tried to update them but the firmware is up to date.

Any clue?

Hi, Did all Deco units turn red or randomly on several satellite units(both M4 and P9)?

Could you please draw me a picture of your network topology?

How often did the internet drop within one day?
