Dual band do not working from few days. 2.4 ghz working properly, but 5 ghz do not work. What is this solution

Make sure that your 5GHz radio is enabled and visible:

 

 

Make a backup of the router configuration.

After making these settings If you still can't see your 5GHz band then hard reset (method 1) the device.

Make only the initial settings for the device (Wi-Fi SSIDs, Wi-Fi passwords).

If you see the 5GHz band then the issue is with your router settings - try to figure out what has been changed (you can use the backup).

If you still can't see the 5Ghz band then probably your router transceiver is damaged - contact local support to be advised further.

That's the reason for not seeing the 5GHz band.

Did you update the device FW recently ? Have you changed any regional settings on the device ?

What's the FW region of your device ? - here's how to determine that from the bottom sticker.
