If the MR200 doesn't show the SIM card number (also called the "ICCID") within its configuration GUI, then your next best option would be to insert the SIM card in a smartphone and get the ICCID from there.
On an iPhone the ICCID can be found under Settings -> General -> About.
On Android phones it varies from device to device (sometimes also under "About" in the settings menu), but there are also Apps on the Play Store that can show the SIM card number (search for "iccid" in the Play Store).
As for the SIM card PIN. There is no way to recover the actual PIN from the SIM card if you have forgot it. If you never changed the original PIN then you could usually find it on that scratch-off field on the plastic card that held the SIM before it was pried out.
Normally that scratch card also contains a PUK number that can be used to unlock a SIM card that has been locked due to entering the PIN incorrectly too many times.
In case you do have the PUK that belongs to that SIM card, then just enter an incorrect PIN three times or so and then you will be asked to enter the PUK number. You may need to insert the SIM card into a phone if the MR200 doesn't support such procedure.
If you have neither the PIN nor the PUK, then all you can do is to ask the mobile company that issued your SIM card to provide you with a replacement SIM card for your contract or phone number. It will come with a new PIN and PUK.
