I keep getting this now, even though we've been set-up for about 3-4 months. I've also just bought a new laptop and that's getting the same error. I've tried all the "fixes" I've found online (using my slow phoneline internet!!!). We also have another wifi source and it's not doing it with that - just the tp-link P9 mesh network. 

Any help appreciated.
