Firmware Version: Last updated

Dear technicians,

 

I have a 4G roter model TL-MR6400. It works well with Cellcard and Smart simcard in Cambodia but it has nothing to wor with Seatel simcard. Does it cause from ISP? Anyway I try to upgrade ISP but nowhere to download. 

 

What can i do?

Hi, based on the current description, it is more likely to be caused by ISP.
