I need to install extra deco 5 to extend the internet. However all the originals were set up by the person that installed the system and i do not have access to the app or know what email it was registered under how can i resolve. Thanks

Hi, you could leave me a private message about the MAC address of the main Deco and we can help you to find the registered email.

But you might also need to find the password.

Or you could contact the person who installed the Deco and let him refer to the following link to change the owner account:
