I have : Modem - Deco X20 - tl-sg108E. On the switch i have : Deco cat5e cable to port 1, my IPTV on port 2 and a second Deco x20 with a cabel.
It was working fine until i disconnected the cat cabel on the second deco and connected it again. Now i only get red light and no internet when the cable is in the ports.
Works fine on Wi-Fi without any problems.

Hi,
Did you mean the main Deco would turn red as well, or just the second Deco?
“no internet when the cable is in the ports”, Did you mean all the Ethernet ports from TL-SG108E did not work?

Hi, in this way, could you please try to log into the web UI of the TL-SG108E and turn off the Loop Prevention to have a look:
1. Install the Easy Smart Configuration Utility.
2. Go to Monitoring >Loop Prevention>disable

Hi,
Did you only have 2-pack Deco X20 and could you please send me a private message about your TP-LINK email ID?
When the RE Deco blink red again, would restarting the RE Deco temporarily restore the connection?
Just in case the cable might cause some issue, could you please use a new cable to have a look?
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Hi.
I have changed the cable, but still the same problem.
The Deco is lighting up red when i try to put my PC in the switch. I then have to reset the Deco to get the green light again.
But the other deco unit are still blinking red when i try to use a cable. (it will work for 1-2 minutes sometimes before it get the error)

Hi, I did not receive your message about the TP-Link ID, and could you please send it to me again via private message?
Now based on your description, now your problem seemed different:
The previous is that after unplugging the satellite Deco, then plugging back to the switch, this Deco blinks red.
But now, you mentioned once the PC was connected to the switch which seemed to cause the whole Deco units went red?
