Deco HC4 ethernet backhaul is not working
Hi,
Recently I have bought a Deco HC4 (2-pack).
Currently, my setup is Modem -> Main Deco -> 2nd Deco.
It is running router mode, and there are no switches between them.
Main Deco is connected to the modem via the ethernet cable with a PPPoE connection. The 2nd Deco is connected to the main Deco with another ethernet cable.
However, I am frustrated because it does not detect ethernet backhaul. I have tried switching the ethernet port, restarting the decos, but it is still showing 2.4GHz/5Ghz as the signal source on the 2nd Deco in the app.
I have also tested the ethernet cable, and there are no issues while connecting the deco to my pc.
Is there anything I can do to fix this issues?
