Model: Archer C7
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 Build 20210125 rel.37999(4555)

Router stops responding if all ethernet ports (LAN) ports are plugged in. Works in only ports 1 and 4 are connected, but if I plug in a device in port 2, the whole router stops responding. Can be resolved by unplugging port 2 and restarting router/or factory resetting it.

@Jools72

What's the device that connects to port 2? Does it use a static IP address? Try to change it to obtain an IP address automatically from the router, then confirm.

BTW, how about the LEDs status on the C7 when you plug the device into port 2, are they normal?
