If you are referring to the DSL up time, then yes this is fairly normal

Some lines will do this once a day, some once a week, others never.. it really depends on the signal quality how often this happens.  

You have a SNR (Signal to Noise) of 9, which is decent - most ISPs will try for 6 so 9 is good.   However, you are getting a number of errors on the line (1205), not a concerning volume but the line was only up 2 hours, if that grows exponentially I would recommend you contact your ISP.
