Wi-Fi adapter "Unable to connect to this network"
I have tried to connect to a netwrok for a while now. It will not work. I tried installing the drivers in safe mode: nothing. Tried installing the drivers that Windows 10 tells me to: nothing.
I am on an MSI Raider GE66.

Do you mean the adapter could see all the Wi-Fi signals but will not connect to router's WiFI? May I know the Error message?
You could try to connect a WiFi host spot on the phone,or create a Guest WIFI on router for the adapter, could adapter connects to it?

@Solla-topee It sees all the signals but does not connect. The error message is "Unable to connect to network". I tried with my phone's hotspot (relying on cellular) and it does the same.

Try to delete Wi-Fi profile and connect to router's Wi-Fi by manually put wireless password :

Try a different Wi-Fi channel on the main router, and try wireless security type WPA/WPA2-PSK, turn off 802.11ax or WiFi6 or roaming smart connect etc.
Uninstall current driver and try the chipset TL-WN823N V2:
