Hi,

 

Since router firmware my Archer C5 V4 upgraded to 3.16.0 0.9.1 v600c.0 Build 181119 Rel.41073n, I cannot set username in security settings and remote access does not work. I got a page that looks like I've already been logged in but that's not true and this is why I get 403 error for all static assets. 

 

check the screenshot. What can I do to be able to login remote?

Archer C5v4 is aimed at Service Providers, thus its FW most probably has been customized by your ISP (given the device was provided by your ISP).

Try hard reset (Method 1) the router and re-configure it from scratch. Make some notes of your configuration before resetting (if possible).

Already done without solution.

After hard reset it has the upgraded version...

Hi,

 

Hard Reset does not revert the firmware version to the previous one. It will only restore all settings to default.

 

By the way, was the new firmware version offered to you by the router's configuration webpage or did you download the firmware file manually from the Internet?

What is the exact model information that is printed on the label on the underside of your Archer C5?
