Firmware Version: 1.5

Hi, I'm new here so would really appreciate any help. I have M350 with Virgin Media, their Hub 3 in Modem mode and 2 M4's set up in router mode and ran with this for months with a solid 300Mps+ connection wirelessly. Last week, with no changes, the connection speed dropped to 90Mbs.

I have set the QoS to 1000/100, rebooted, cleared priority devices, checked the Hub 3 wireless speed (380Mbs) and struggling to figure it out.

When I run a Diagnosis within the Deco App, it says the Bandwidth is 100M? Should this be 1000Mps?

Any advice appreciated.

@danfonline

Hi, the speed test under Wi-Fi assistant is the speed between your smartphone to the Deco, not the total internet bandwidth;

But 100m/s out of 300m/s is still not enough;

In case it is a cable issue, could you please change a new cable and connect to the 2nd Ethernet port of the main Deco to have a look?

Or have you ever tried to change another Deco as the main unit:

Thank you.

@TP-Link Thank you for your response. I will try with a different cable this evening. It was 300Mbs+ before with no change in cable so didn't think to try. Will report back.
