just received the 3 x s4 units . installed to my fiber network at 200mbs. on laptop connected via ethernet get 200+. using mobile phone using wifi ,stood next to main s4 only get 90. . Using wife samsung a12 only get 9 YES 9 Using my phone samsung a8 get 90.any ideas

Can you help me run the following test:
1. power off the reset two satellite Deco unit and leave the main Deco only;
2. turn off the 2.4ghz temporarily;
3. connect the Samsung A8 and A12 to the Wi-Fi again to test the speed;
Note: Please try to change different speedtest servers when running the speedtest;

thanks for getting back to me. i have resolved the problem.Set the phones to high priority in QOS and gave 300mbs also. This appeared to resolve the issue. The Samsung A12 is only 2.5g not 5g. Also used a different server to test as default always go to London server, used local KCOM and all good
