Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 3.16.0 0.9.1 v6015.0 Build 190226 Rel.23566n

I am using Tp Link Archer C5 router provided to me by ACT Fibernet. But due to their poor service I want to shift to a different ISP. If I happen to go for different ISP wiil this router support it or else it will support  only ACT Fibernet.

If the Archer C5 is provided by ACT Fibernet, you may need to check with them if the router firmware is customized to their network. If that is the case, I'm afraid you cannot connect it to other ISP network. Confirm this with ACT.
