Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 210119 Rel.31129n

I bought TL MR100 and using it with JIO sim . Everything is working fine except SMS which can neither be send or received.Even called up the customer support but didn't get any solution.Kindly help.

Is it possible to test the SMS feature with another SIM card, like Airtel? Can we have and sys log on the MR100, especially about the SMS feature?

I already tested with Vi sim card,.....there we can send n receive SMS..... regarding this I hv already sent email to to link support 3 days back but no replies came......

We do receive two other customers feedback that their MR600 cannot receive or send SMS with Jio SIM, and the engineers are analyzing the issue, they will provide a solution once the issue is confirmed, please kindly wait. @Kevin_Z It's been almost a month that I reported my issue but I haven't received any response yet. I am sorry to say that the service from your side is pathetic.You all keep telling ur customers that ur team is working on it and the customers gets into a false assurance that they will soon get a solution but in reality it's just the opposite.I m very much disappointed and in near future will neither buy anything from TP link nor would recommend anyone to go for

I'm also facing the same issue. TL-MR100 is not able to send or Receive SMS using Jio SIM card.

 

I can see the following error messages.

 

"ERROR: SMS sending fails. CMS ERROR, errno is 332"

"USER: Send sms result code , errorCode = 106"

 

"ERROR: include sca +917012075009"   -- The Service center number is correct for Jio Kerala

 

I tried by disabling the Message center option in the settings.

 

Tried the JIO sim in a smart phone and I'm able to receive and send the SMS.

 

Tried using Airtel SIM - There is no problem in receiving or sending sms from the Router.

 

 

 

I made sure that there is no special characters in the message body. Tried the recipient number with and without "+91"

 

Please look into this issue and provide us the solution.
