Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version:

I was wondering if there's a way to change the default factory configuration of this modem/router (TD-W8960N V5) because after a hard reset the WAN configuration changes to bridge mode and we can't provide service or remote support anymore.

Hi, I am sorry that there is no way to change the default configuration on the common firmware version;

If you are a local ISP, you could try to contact the local sales team to see whether they could help you customize the specific firmware;
