X60 Clients capped at 10Mbps download speed

X60 Clients capped at 10Mbps download speed
Hi All
I've recently introduced a trio of x60's and I note that all the clients seem to be capped at being able to download at 10Mbps. There's a 65Mbps back haul, so I'd expect the clients to be able to use all that if it's available..... Anyone seen a similar issue?
I've turned off all QoS, AV and Parental Controls, but hasn't made a differance.
