Hi!

 

Actually I have a dual band router

But, the _5G connection sometimes shows and sometimes does not.

After using the _5G for some while, it suddenly stops and I cant see the _5G anymore. 

 

Plz provide me a solution

Please ensure the router firmware is up-to-date based on the hardware version. You can find the latest firmware on the official website:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-a6/v2/#Firmware


Reset the router to factory defaults, then confirm again if you can detect the 5G signal all the time.


You can also try to run a Wi-Fi analyzer to find a clear channel for the 5G network, then change the 5G channel width to 40MHz, reboot the router and reconnect to the wireless network, then confirm.
