Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.5.3 Build 20210203 Rel 68223

At times my ISP modem would lose uplink to the Internet. When this happens and the modem re-establishes the uplink, the main M5 will not auto reconnect. In order to get the main M5 to reconnect, I would have to power cycle the unit. Any ideas why this would be?

Hi, may I know who is your internet service provider and what is the model number of your ISP modem?

Did this issue start since you bought the Deco?
