Confirming AX90 Memory

Hi, everybody,
My new AX90 arrived yesterday and it was quickly set up and operating. I would like to know how much memory the router has. My guess is 256MB Flash and 1GB RAM. I can't find this information anywhere. Can somebody please confirm? Thank you.

TP-Link Archer AX90 is equipped with ESMT M15T4G16256A 2Gb DDR3L RAM, providing 256MB of system memory, and also equipped with an ESMT F50L1G41A 1Gb SPI-NAND Flash with a capacity of 128MB, which is used as the router's firmware storage space.

Does anyone know how to flash this router or what software to use???

Hi,
Official firmware updates from TP-Link can be flashed via the router's configuration webpage. And I think it can also be done via TP-Link's "Tether" app.
Or are talking about flashing 3rd-party software?
By the way, the ESMT M15T4G16256A DDR3(L) SDRAM chip that was mentioned above has a capacity (density) of 4 Gb, which equals 512 MB. So, lots of RAM available on this router. https://www.esmt.com.tw/en/Products/DRAM/DDR3(L)%20SDRAM-1-4
