@Piez Hi,
May I know if unplug RE650, at first floor RE650's location, do you have stable Wi-Fi signal.
As RE650 should get strong Wi-Fi at least 2-3 Bars from router to keep stable.
Please help check the Wi-Fi LEDs on RE650 when Interest becomes unstable,
If Wi-Fi LEDs are still On RE when the issue happens, please try the Beta firmware I sent you via private message, thank you.
If Wi-Fi LEDs goes Off on range extender when issue occur, please set up a different SSID for range extender, and put RE very close to router and test its stability.

LEDs are still On. I probably will try beta firmware.
But I was analyzing problem and looks like interference of the wifi signals cause it. Is there any option to change channel for RE650?
Right now I set 5Ghz wifi on main router, connect Re650 to it and make it broadcast 2Ghz wifi. It is not perfect but connection is more stable.

@Piez Hello,
Range extender repeat router's Wi-Fi signal, and it always uses the same Wi-Fi channel as main router.
2.4Ghz does have more wireless interference compared with 5Ghz, but if both Bands are unstable on RE650, you could try beta the firmware first.

@Solah Hello,
May I know the model of your main router, and how about the Leds status when RE loses Internet?
