Hi,
I have already purchased an Archer C54 dual band router. It was completely normal at first setup. But after a few days, it is broadcasting both bands (2.4 & 5 GHz). But all devices can only connect to the 2.4GHz band and unable to connect to the 5GHz one.
I hope any one help me about what to do.
make sure your running on the latest firmware, firmware link below (select the latest one on top)
upgrade the firmware using a wired PC only, don't do it over wireless connection.
I have the US/Global version of the Archer C54, check if you have the US/Global or EU version.
EU has a diffrerent download link which you have to find.
