VPN on Vodafone Card

Hello
I have a TP Link MR600 and with a ALTICE/MEO SIM card I can connect to my VPN Company without any problem, I have a VPN client on computer, I click to connect and everything is ok.
But today I tried a new Vodafone SIM, because Vodafone have better signal, but VPN doesn't work as expected. Already contacted Vodafone that confirmed that there isn't any SIM cad block.
In CMD I can ping IPs from company without any problem, but on browsers I can't reach them, or on Windows Explorer I can't access any folder on network
