My extender does deos not recognize my internet router ?
Hi AC500 does not seem like a Model number for range extender. Can you see Model like REXX, or TL-WR XX RE?
Detailed issue description including the TP-Link device model as well as its hardware version will help a lot in addressing the issue, so don't hesitate to provide as more details as you can.
