Model: Archer A5
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 0.2 v0093.0 Build 190125 Rel.63783n(4555)

I have configured my TP Link Archer A5 AC1200 to connect to my Virgin Media SuperHub 3 in Wireless Router mode. My Virgin Media speed should be 200Mbs but when I connect up my new Archer A5 I can only get a constant 50Mbs download and 20mbs upload. This is the same on both wireless and ethernet cable.

Is there a way to set it so it gets the correct speed is some setting? otherwise it's going back to the supplier as false advertising.

@BlitzerUK

Hi, please first be aware that this Archer A5 is equipped with 10/100 Mbps WAN/LAN ports, so the negotiation speed will be 100Mbps at most. It may not be appropriate for your network if Virgin Media provided 200Mbps, it is suggested to check with the reseller and see if you can exchange it with a gigabit router, such as Archer C6.
