We are a WISP that provides internet service using 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz PtMP equipment at our customers' premises. We have been reselling Deco M4 mesh router 3-packs and 2-packs BUT we have run into problems because the Deco routers sometimes do not recognize our WISP equipment (ie: using a 10 MHz channel of 2.4 GHz) and the Deco's automatic channel selection causes interference for the customer's internet connection. Please fast-track the firmware update to allow us to select a 2.4 GHz channel, otherwise we will have to remove these systems from our customer's homes and return them.
