AX11000 not connecting to a Logitech Harmony Elite Hub
I purchased a TP-Link AX11000 recently and cannot get my Harmony Elite Hub to connect. I have tried 2.4gb, changed the Router SSID to something different than the 5gb. The remote sees the network, but I get an error message saying "cannot connect". I can connect to my Netgear without a problem. Any Ideas.

Hello, thanks for reporting the issue to the TP-Link community.
Please try the below troubleshooting and see if it helps:
1. Please change the 2.4G network name to a new one, which is different from the 5G as well as the old 2.4G, change the security to WPA/WPA2- personal, Version:WPA2-personal, AES; Channel 11; channel width 20MHz, then reboot the AX11000 to confirm.
2. If the above doesn't work, check and ensure there is no blacklist for this Harmony Elite Hub under Security>>Access Control.

@Kevin_Z I did try changing the name of the 2.4 gb and 5 to different names without luck, but I will try the other things you mentioned and see if I have any luck.

@Kevin_Z ,
You don't know how close I was to returning this Router to the store! The solution that you had fixed the problem. I believe it was the Channel Width of 20 MHz, since I had tried all the other things earlier. I spent at least 4 hours before trying to make it work. I even called your Phone Support on this and they told me it was a Logitech problem and that they couldn't help me. Thank you so much for the solution.

Thank you so much for updating the status, and it's glad to know changing the channel width to 20MHz helps with the Harmony Elite Hub connect to the network.
Have a nice day, let me know if there is anything else we could do.
