I have a RE300 range extender. Configured 2.4 OK. Can not get 5 to configure. I have a Verizon router. Only way I could get 2.4 to work is using the WPS method. But, it still would not configure 5g. Manual with re300 said to press WPS a second time to configure 5g. I did not work. Tether app does not work. Updated firmware and tried set up again. Still no help. Only 2.4 LED is on and tether app shows 5g is off. Please help.
