Model: TL-WN725N
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have installed my tp-link on my home computer which is running windows 10. I seem to find everyone elses wifi but my own. Is there a setting I need to adjust to be able to connect? I have gone through all the relevant troubleshooting videos I can find and they haven't yet resolved the issue. I can connect my computer to my phone hotspot and I have other devices connected to the home wifi, it just seems like the tp-link isn't talking to the modem. What do I do please??

@VONCENT

Please be aware that this TL-WN722N only supports 2.4G frequency, it can only see the 2.4G networks. Please check if your router is broadcasting a 2.4G network correctly, you may change its wireless channel to 1/6/11 to confirm.
