May I know the hardware and firmware version of the TL-WA850RE?
After the setup, did you see the RE and signal lights lit up all the time?
What is the model number of your home router and how long have you had the 850RE?
By the way, when the internet stopped working, did the RE and signal light still lit up？
And what is the IP address on the device when there Is no internet？
