Did firmware update. NOW, laptop (last used 12/16/20) can't connect to internet. It says the password is incorrect. Tried with a different phone. Says same thing. Created a Guest login and password, STILL says same thing! Password incorrect!
ALSO parental controls web browsing log is not showing previous day.

What is the model number of the router? Try to reset it to factory defaults by holding the reset button on it until all LEDs flash off then on, then reconfigure it from scratch, leave all the advanced settings by default, then confirm again if you can connect.
