Firmware Version:

Installed three Deco M4 units to my Ziggo modem (1 connected and other 2 wireless) and everything works fine but my Apple TV4. Streaming services like Netflix, Videoland, Disney+ etc constantly stop after a couple of minutes and it takes another couple of minutes before they resume streaming. Can't find a solution to this. Anyone any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi,

For your case, could you please refer to the following suggestion to have a look:

1. disable the fast roaming, beam forming on the Deco APP;

2. create a guest Wi-Fi for 2.4ghz only and only connect the Apple TV to the guest network;

3. turn off the Mesh technology on the Apple TV via Deco APP;
