The Mac addresses on the app are different to those on my child's iPhone and iPad - how do I know which is the device to use for parental controls ?
Hi, as far as I know, there is a Private MAC address on the latest iOS devices, which will dynamically change the MAC address of your iPhone or iPad, you may check this:

If you want to use Parental Controls on the Deco app for the iOS devices, please disable this Private MAC address first, ensure then it display the real MAC address.
