Firmware Version:

Bought the extender yesterday. Already hot to touch, bit concerned. It is plugged into a socket that has good ventilation and have no issues with the same socket when used previously. Please advise. Regards.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

How long would it take before the RE305 is overheating after powered on;?

Have you tested the temperature of the surface of RE305?

By the way, where did you purchase the RE305?

If changing to another socket, would it become overheating again?
