Hi,

 

I have recently moved my router and Deco master to a better position and been having issues with the internet dropping from my Deco Mesh ever since

 

Set up is as follows:

 

Deco M5 (main) - connected via cable to Sky Q Broadband

2 x Deco M5 around the house

1 x Deco E4 - connected to Sky Box via Ethernet but part of mesh

1 x Deco M3W also part of mesh

 

Main Deco is set to AP mode and all Deco's have latest firmware available

 

All boxes are connected to mesh and on reset all connects fine with much faster speeds than it was before the move but after about an hour (sometimes less), it is not possible to access the internet via the Deco mesh. The units are all "green" and show no errors on the app and I can connect to the deco mesh but I can't access the internet - pages time out. The broadband router is still connected to the internet as I can access it if I connect to the router directly. If I reset, it comes back up again.

 

Can you help please? Frustrating as working from home at the moment!
